Our first Vietnamese coffee, grown by a collective of independent farmers in Lam Dong Province who plant persimmon, jackfruit, macadamia, and avocado alongside their coffee.
Most coffee grown in Vietnam is robusta. This one is arabica, with notes of mocha and cashew and no bitter edge. It's a medium roast, and our roasters' favorite way to brew it is in a french press.
